The medieval town of Sarlat and the prehistoric caves of Les Eyzies-de-Tayac are both just 15 km away. The Dordogne River is a 10-minute drive and offers swimming spots, small beaches, and canoe rentals. This characterful holiday home is over 200 years old and combines authentic charm with modern comfort. The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island, a long dining table, dishwasher, large fridge, separate freezer, oven, and a four-burner induction hob. The cozy living room features many original details and a wood stove for cooler evenings. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a second bathroom with bathtub, two sinks, and a separate toilet. The master bedroom and the room with three single beds both have beautiful exposed wooden beams. Outside, there is a fully enclosed garden with a large wooden gate—ideal for families with children—and wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. La Bagatelle is part of a small complex. The owner's holiday home is nearby, but each house has its own garden and terrace, ensuring your full privacy. The owner's house is only occasionally used as a family retreat.
